Born on 23rd of June 1961, Alhaja Falilat did her West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1981 with a diploma Banking (Inst. Of Admin. ABU Zaria) 1983. Thereafter, went for her Higher National Diploma in Banking HND (Kwara State Polytechnic) 1997 with Masters In Business Administration (Ekiti State University) 2000.

Her professional qualifications include being an Associate chattered Marketer (Inst. Of Chartered Marketing Of Nigeria) 2002 and Chartered Microfinance Banker (CIBN) 2014. As at October 1985 To November 2005 she joined the United Bank for Africa Plc.(UBA) as an Assistant Manager and also around June 2010 To December 2016 she also worked at Unilorin Microfinance Bank as a Management Staff, Various HOD’s, & Relief Managing Director.
